· Draw up production plan and ensure that all planned dates are met and are in line with drawn up schedule and dates with consistent product quality, through systemic control at every stage of the production process.
· Taking full responsibility of quality and delivery.
· Selecting good factories (product wise) & placing orders on behalf of buyers
· Team members with over 10 years of experience in goods manufacturing
· Pre-shipment inspection of garments. (Also accepts any internationally reputed inspection firms, having office in Bangladesh.).
· Daily in-line inspection of products.
· Final inspection of all goods before leave the production.
· In-line and final inspection reports sent to customers on a regular basis & Final Inspection follow in International Standard.
